Cargo aims to make this website usable for as many people as possible.

What we have done

The site is built with keyboard navigation, visible focus states, a skip link, clear headings, labelled form fields and text alternatives for meaningful images. We have aimed for readable text, usable controls and sufficient colour contrast.

Known limitations

The enquiry form is not yet live while the Cargo inbox and delivery route are being set up. It will be tested with keyboard navigation and clear error messages before it is enabled.

Feedback and alternative formats

If you have difficulty using any part of this site, please contact Cargo using the details that will be published on the contact page before launch. We will try to provide the information in a different format where reasonable.

Ongoing review

We review accessibility when we make material changes to the site. This is a small business website rather than a public-sector service, but the aim remains to make it straightforward to use.
